Q2: Do you offer free shipping? A: Yes! We provide Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States — no minimum purchase required.

Q3: How long does shipping take? A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically delivered within 4–7 business days after shipment.

Q4: Do you ship live bait? A: Live bait availability varies by season and location. If available, live bait orders are shipped via expedited methods and may incur an additional fee. State regulations may restrict live bait shipping to certain areas. Please check the product listing for details.

Q5: Can I return or exchange products? A: Due to the nature of our products, certain items are non-returnable. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy page for detailed information on eligible and non-eligible items.

Q6: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other standard payment methods listed at checkout.

Q7: How do I track my order? A: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package in transit.

Q8: What if my package is lost or damaged? A: Please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date with your order number, tracking number, and any relevant photos. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.

Q9: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or outside the U.S.? A: No. We currently ship only to physical addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
